"Dream a little dream is a beautifully written story about a little girl called Luna, who gets caught in a bad dream. The story content offers creative and effective techniques for parents to use with their child who may be struggling with worries.
It encourages connected co-regulation interactions throughout the book. A child dealing with fears or anxieties will easily connect metaphorically with Luna’s story and follow her example of integrating the various techniques to find a path through their worries."
